A note from Anthony Ienco, Director of Love Corsica
In the 1960s, my father was selling food from a little truck across many Corsican villages. Since then, my large family has carried on this tradition through gourmet restaurants, hotels, shops, and supermarkets. From childhood onwards, I followed in my family’s footsteps. When I came to London 25 years ago, I helped establish an award-winning whole-sale bakery. Soon after, I began managing and leading my own restaurant. Through these experiences, I have built strong and long-lasting partnerships with numerous local, regional, and national suppliers, independent businesses, and artisan producers. I have learned what customers expect from suppliers and the importance of excellent customer service. I also realized what is still missing in London: Artisan Corsican Food. Hence, I have now partnered with Chanteroy, London’s leading French food and delicatessen retailer. Together, we are using our >50 years of experience working in the French and London food industry to bring premium artisanal Corsican food to London. Our products uniquely combine high-quality ingredients, artisanal manufacturing, and exceptional taste.
